Private boxes, billing, and what changes when you upgrade.

What counts as a private box?

A box can contain one repository or several related repositories. If any repository in the box is private, the whole box counts as private.

Is the free private box a trial?

No. Your first private box is free forever. There is no countdown or expiry. You upgrade when you create a second private box.

Do you cap searches or agent queries?

No. Query volume is not the meter. Free and paid plans use the same compiler; the paid boundary is the number of private boxes.

Does private source code leave my machine?

No. Private source and its compiled graph stay local. Registration sends a hash of the repository identity so the service can issue a signed local allowance; it does not store private source or repository URLs.

Can I use Noodlbox on more than one machine?

Yes. Your account is for you, on your machines: Free accounts can register the CLI on 2 devices, Basic on 3. CI and automation use API keys, which do not count as devices.

How does per-seat pricing work?

Basic uses the existing organization account model. Paid access is billed per member and unlocks unlimited private boxes for that organization.

How is annual billing charged?

Annual billing is charged once per year. The displayed $8 rate is the monthly equivalent; monthly billing is $10 per user.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. You'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.
